Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Immersive Web experiences.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive innovations.
- Establish a culture of continuous innovation and agility within the engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure budget and resources for long-term R&D projects.
- Develop metrics to measure the success of technology initiatives and their impact on revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and defining long-term product strategies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams towards a shared vision.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
