Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategic milestones required to transition our systems from today to the advanced architecture of 2026.
- Pilot Next-Gen Technologies: Evaluate, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Edge Computing, Predictive AI, and Decentralized Systems.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Security & Scalability: Ensure all architectural decisions prioritize robust security postures and infinite scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and implement them proactively (e.g., AI integration, Web3 readiness).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through periods of rapid scaling and transformation.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
