Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Oversee the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in Quantum Computing preparation and infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and security audits to ensure system integrity for future expansion.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and post-quantum cryptography.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with strict deadlines.
