Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technology strategy for the organization leading up to and through 2026.
- Identify emerging technological trends (e.g., generative AI, autonomous systems) and evaluate their potential impact on our business.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive teams to align technical visions with business goals.
- Oversee the proof-of-concept phase for high-risk, high-reward futuristic projects.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Present complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and plan for technological shifts 3-5 years into the future.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Robotics, or Data Science.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear strategies.
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives that resulted in market differentiation.
