Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical product management.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in the fintech or healthcare technology sectors is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
