Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic leadership, with minimum 5 years in future planning/innovation roles
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives across global markets
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience managing $10M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 50+
