Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantified impact assessments
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready operational models
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
