Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with VPs of Product and Engineering to integrate emerging tech into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio budget and ROI analysis
- Represent FutureTech at global tech conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Strategic MBA or equivalent advanced degree required
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong financial acumen with innovation portfolio management
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation preferred
