Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability innovation strategy aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero commitments
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate circular economy principles across product lifecycle
- Identify and evaluate emerging climate tech opportunities (carbon capture, bio-materials, AI-driven efficiency)
- Establish KPIs for ESG performance and track progress against 2030 targets
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability hackathons and innovation challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in corporate sustainability with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching climate-tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in circular economy frameworks and LCA methodologies
- Experience securing ESG financing and impact investment
- Certifications in SBTi, GRI Standards, or similar frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
