Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Sustainability Innovation Roadmap aligned with net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable circular economy solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging green technologies (AI-driven carbon tracking, biodegradable materials, etc.)
- Drive strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Develop ESG frameworks for next-gen sustainable product lifecycles
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor sustainability tech talent through incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability strategy with 5+ years in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling circular economy initiatives
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Advanced knowledge of emerging green technologies and climate AI
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, SASB) or related field
- Experience securing $5M+ in sustainable innovation funding
- Strong data storytelling skills with sustainability KPI visualization
- PhD or Master's in Environmental Science/Engineering preferred
