Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices and distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into core infrastructure securely.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation across the engineering organization.
- Perform technical due diligence on emerging technologies to assess their viability for long-term adoption.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decision-making processes within the team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of high-availability systems, database architecture, and data pipeline optimization.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and model serving (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX Runtime).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformations.
