Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Technical Strategy: Define technology roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing integration, etc.) to drive innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior engineers and developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages (Java, Python, Go, or Rust).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
