Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of systems capable of supporting the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Define technical strategies for integrating Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) with classical AI workloads.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices architectures.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in decentralized networks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and scalability modeling for exascale data processing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI or distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing concepts, including qubits, superposition, and quantum algorithms.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
