Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, patent research, and expert consultations
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 5-year business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, ethical AI frameworks)
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity tracking
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of translating future vision into executable roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and visualization tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and startup ecosystems
