- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype next-gen consumer interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and manage a dedicated innovation lab with $2M annual budget
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $1M annually
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
