Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Author quarterly trend reports predicting technology disruptions through 2030
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure $1M+ in annual R&D grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD candidates through our InnovateX Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Physics with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AGI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain immediately
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Previous experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across multiple time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies solving global challenges
