- Mentor 10+ junior researchers in next-gen tech methodologies
- Author industry-defining white papers published in Nature/Science
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies for pilot implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years leading R&D teams in emerging tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (h-index >20)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Proven grant-writing success with $10M+ secured
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
