What You'll Accomplish:

- Shape global tech policy frameworks
- Present at Davos and Web Summit
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready AI infrastructure with quantum-resistant protocols
- Lead biotech-AI fusion projects for healthcare revolution
- Develop predictive models for tech adoption curves
- Coordinate with international research consortia
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding annually
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech domains

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech R&D with 3+ patents
- Published research in top-tier journals
- Expertise in at least two: quantum algorithms, neural architecture search, or synthetic biology
- Experience with federal grant processes (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and Qiskit
