Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for 2026 digital infrastructure

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
