Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap anticipating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Architect strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future-tech scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation workshops to foster organizational future-readiness
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience with technology adoption lifecycle management
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
