As a key member of our C-suite innovation council, you'll spearhead initiatives spanning quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized ecosystems. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, patent 10+ innovations annually, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to transform theoretical concepts into market-ready paradigms.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year predictive modeling capabilities
- Lead moonshot R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and biometric computing
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for autonomous decision ecosystems
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Caltech, and DARPA innovation labs
- Translate abstract future scenarios into actionable business blueprints
- Present disruption-prevention strategies to Fortune 100 executive boards
- Mentor a cadre of PhD researchers in exponential technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent
- 15+ years in CTO/Chief Futurist roles at unicorn-scale companies
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Held 15+ patents in AI, blockchain, or nanotechnology
- Keynoted 10+ global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of forecasting tech trends with <5% error margin
