Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 tech innovation roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems with 10x efficiency improvements
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders for 2026 initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities in the 2025-2028 horizon
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D investments in quantum-resistant security and sustainable data centers
- Mentor next-gen talent in future-focused technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact in AI/quantum/biotech sectors
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO, etc.)
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Strong public speaking skills at global tech conferences
