Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy prototype systems for 2026-era tech paradigms (quantum-integrated AI, neuro-interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing commercialization roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and patent opportunities
- Collaborate with venture partners to secure $50M+ innovation funding
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized networks
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Published speaker at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
