Responsibilities

- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks and success metrics for innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 business objectives

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or next-gen infrastructure
- Executive-level experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in transformative technologies
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes post-2025
