Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
