Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Drive innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align tech investments with future market demands
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure patents and publish research in top-tier tech journals
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused technology disciplines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Strong background in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
