Responsibilities

- Develop patentable IP in next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab through agile transformation
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ patented or commercially deployed innovations
