Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, automation, and cloud solutions into existing workflows.
- Assess the feasibility and ROI of new tech stack implementations for the upcoming fiscal cycle.
- Lead workshops and strategy sessions to align technical vision with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Web3, and Edge Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a high-growth environment.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent).
