- Direct cross-functional R&D teams for prototype development
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Oversee ethical AI deployment and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in advanced R&D or technology strategy
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations
- Expertise in systems architecture and future-proofing
- Experience securing $10M+ in research funding
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
