- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and regulatory landscapes for 2026
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and autonomous systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with academia and government entities
- Present findings to congressional technology committees and international standards bodies
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers through complex innovation cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption timelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 8+ years in applied research
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-neutral data centers
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals (200+ citations)
- Security clearance eligibility or existing government tech advisory experience
