Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026-era tech stacks including quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing next-gen AI/ML applications
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Collaborate with product teams to define 5-year tech adoption strategies
- Pioneer sustainable tech solutions for global climate resilience
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging autonomous systems
- Present tech visions to C-suite and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning success
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Mastery of agile methodologies for long-term roadmap execution
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Portfolio of launched products with 1M+ users
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
