Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage
- Present future technology blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Published research or thought leadership in future technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
