Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, ISO 21434)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech trends in peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
