- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across experimental projects and pilot programs
- Mentor emerging technologists in our Future Leaders incubator program
- Drive ethical AI development and responsible innovation governance protocols
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven productization of futuristic concepts
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
