Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives reducing digital carbon footprint by 40% by 2026
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three frontier technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with global technology ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) or equivalent
