Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Architect proof-of-concept implementations for quantum-secure communications and AGI integration
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature Technology and IEEE Spectrum
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental tech incubation projects
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and ETH Zurich research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, Tech Mining)
- Published research in top-tier journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
