- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for future-focused pilot projects
- Present visionary insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leaders
- Build and lead a 15-person cross-disciplinary innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing AI/metaverse/quantum innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI safety, and neurotech convergence
