- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government tech incubators
- Present future technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech protocols
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies like photonic computing and synthetic biology
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes (NIST, ISO standards)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills across technical and executive domains
