Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, energy, and education sectors
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems integration
- Present strategic insights to board members and industry consortiums
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation methodologies
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies on future-tech policy development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech integration
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and global stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism focus
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
