Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and sustainable digital infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, decentralized networks) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and carbon-negative tech standards
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized futuristic innovations
