Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation labs with MIT/Stanford partnerships
- Architect scalable solutions for global impact (1B+ user scale)
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Drive patent development for next-gen tech (target: 5+ patents/year)
- Mentor emerging engineers in future-tech methodologies
- Partner with UN/WHO on humanitarian tech initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or quantum computing firms
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling technologies to 100M+ users
- Fluency in Python/C++ with ML deployment experience
- Security clearance or background in defense/aerospace tech
