Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026+ trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic whitepapers and market analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into roadmaps
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation network
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
