- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations
- Present trend insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Build relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author whitepapers on technology evolution and adoption forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (3-5 year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or technology forecasts
