Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive realities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces and neural augmentation systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business strategy
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development of future-forward solutions
- Represent company at global tech forums shaping 2026 technology policy standards
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography development
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed tech journals (minimum 5 citations)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
