Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable ROI
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Create predictive models for technology lifecycle and market disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
