- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-computing)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI alignment or quantum applications
