Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability targets
- Partner with Fortune 500 CTOs to prototype future-proof infrastructure solutions
- Present findings at Davos, Web Summit, and UN Technology Forums
- Manage $15M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and responsible innovation
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems (post-2020)
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn valuations
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and UN SDGs integration
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance preferred for government-level R&D partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized future-tech solutions
- Certification in Global Futures Thinking (WFSF accredited)
