Responsibilities
- Architect scalable technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead quantum-AI integration projects with 20+ member research teams
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Present future-tech briefings to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Drive innovation through $5M annual R&D budget allocation
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech specialization tracks
- Publish thought leadership in Nature Technology and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ patents
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural-symbolic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep familiarity with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Published research in top-tier scientific journals
- Experience securing $1M+ in federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
