Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching 3+ patented technologies
- Expertise in agile methodologies for future-tech development
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants
