As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop roadmaps for the next decade. You'll lead immersive scenario-planning sessions and translate complex technological shifts into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive differentiation in an accelerating digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with C-suite executives
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, spatial, haptic)
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $500M+ innovation portfolio
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Computational Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020+ innovation delivery
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published research on human-machine evolution or ethical AI governance
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi method)
- Speaking engagements at TED, Davos, or equivalent future-focused forums
